I think the people-of-color who have said disparaging things about Lena Dunham and Girls have made some entirely valid points in their arguments. But the section of the Great Lena Dunham Backlash of 2012 that annoys the shit out of me are the overeducated, affluent white people rallying against their own privilege. Go buy a Che Guevara button or something.
